Saturate (the iOS app) does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All dosing, hydration, streak, saturation, and onboarding data you enter is stored only on your device — in the app's local database, and, for the home screen widget, a small on-device shared container used solely to pass your current streak and dose status to the widget. The app has no backend, no analytics SDK, and makes no network requests of its own. Notification permissions (including the optional Time-Sensitive setting) are used solely to schedule and deliver local reminders on your device — nothing is sent off it.
The one-time Pro unlock is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit; Saturate never sees or stores your payment information.
Pro users can optionally take progress photos from within the app. This requires camera access, which is used only to capture the photo you take — Saturate never requests or accesses your existing Photos library. Captured photos are saved exclusively in the app's private on-device storage (excluded from iCloud backup and not visible in the Files app or Photos app), and referenced internally by filename only. Photos are never uploaded, transmitted, analyzed, or shared in any way, and are permanently deleted if you delete the app.
This page, linked from the app's Settings screen, lets you send feature requests and bug reports directly to the developer. It is backed by Supabase and stores only the text of what you submit (title, optional description, category). No account, email, or other identifier is collected.
Submissions are private — they are not displayed on this page or anywhere else, and there's no public list or voting. Only the developer can read them, via the Supabase dashboard. Do not include personal information in your submissions.
Saturate is a supplementation-tracking utility, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. The loading-phase and dosing information in the app reflects commonly cited creatine protocols, not a personalized recommendation. Consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplementation regimen, particularly if you have a kidney condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking other medications. See the Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.
The feedback form is hosted on Supabase, which stores the submission data described above. The Saturate app itself integrates no third-party SDK, analytics tool, or advertising network — there is nothing else to disclose.
On-device data (your dosing, hydration, streak, saturation history, and any progress photos) stays on your device until you delete the App, at which point it's gone for good. Feedback submissions are kept until reviewed and acted on, unless you ask us to delete a specific submission sooner.
If you submit feedback from outside the United States, your submission is processed and stored on servers located in the United States.
Because the feedback form doesn't require an account, email, or name, we generally can't look up a specific person's submission on request. If you want a submission of yours deleted, email us with its title and approximate submission date and we'll remove it. If you're in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California, you have additional statutory rights over any personal data you've voluntarily included in a submission — contact us to exercise them. We do not sell or share any data for advertising.
Saturate is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App or submit feedback. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
We may update this policy as the app or feedback form changes. Changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
